The Chernihiv Group of Companies "Provionta", owned by Valentina Zaporoshchuk (brands "Ichnya" and Mamamilla), became the new owner of the bankrupt sir plant "Gadyachsir" in the Poltava region. The enterprise was purchased at auction on February 17 through the transparent system.
During the first auction in September 2024, the plant was put up for sale for UAH 99.2 million, but the agreement did not take place. The re -auction was under the Dutch scheme, which provides a gradual decrease in price. As a result, Gadyachsir was purchased for UAH 44.03 million - 40% cheaper than the original cost.
It is expected that the full calculation of the agreement will be completed by March 4, 2025.
The assets that will go to the Proviont includes:
- Complex of industrial buildings and auxiliary structures of the Gadyachsir plant
- Two land plots of 4 ha and 0.7 ha
- About 900 units of equipment
Gadyachsir was declared bankrupt in 2023, and previously included in the Almira holding.
