The national team of Ukraine has identified its rivals in the qualification to the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in the United States, Mexico and Canada. The draw of European qualification took place days, and the team of Sergei Rebrov got to Group D.

The Ukrainian team will start its qualifying route in September 2025. In addition, in the spring, "yellow-blue" will play an important match of the Playoff of the League of Nations against the Belgium national team. This match will determine in which division of the League of Nations Ukraine will act in the next draw of the tournament.
The 2026 World Cup will become special, as the first time in history will be hosted by three countries - the US, Mexico and Canada. Also, the number of participants in the final stage of the competition will be increased to 48 teams, which provides new opportunities for national teams from all over the world.
