President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Richa Snak had a telephone conversation, discussing the situation at the front. Zelensky noted that Russia continues to attempt to occupy Donbass and made several attempts to surround Avdiivka.
"Russia will continue to occupy all Donbas. The invaders made several attempts to surround Avdiivka, but every time our warriors stopped them and rejected them back, causing painful losses. In these attempts, the enemy lost at least the brigade," Zelensky said.
He expressed gratitude for the support from Britain and discussed further cooperation in the field of defense, including strengthening the air defense system and the fight against drones. The President also informed about the situation in the Black Sea and discussed international cooperation and support of Ukraine.
