President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has declared the preparation of changes in the diplomatic corps of the country. In his evening address, the Head of State said that new ambassadors would soon be appointed.
The President noted that he held several important meetings, in particular with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sibiga, to agree on personnel decisions.
"Together with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, we are preparing soon replaces in the diplomatic corps. In a week and a half we will introduce," Zelensky said.
According to the President, interviews with candidates for ambassadors are currently underway, and there are already strong proposals. This testifies to the intention of the Ukrainian authorities to strengthen the diplomatic front, which remains extremely important in the context of Ukraine's international support.
"We are working to ensure that the diplomatic team of Ukraine is even stronger and more efficient," Zelensky emphasized.
