President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has called for not experimenting and avoiding delayed providing assistance to the country. His statement was made at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Zelensky emphasized that serious crises may arise in delaying assistance, which will spread not only in Ukraine but also on the European continent. He warned that without Western aid, Ukraine could become weaker on the battlefield, which would lead to an artillery deficiency and anti -aircraft missiles for air defense .
The President noted that delay can cause serious consequences, such as a large number of casualties and wounded , as well as a major crisis for the whole of Europe. He expressed fears that Ukraine could be vulnerable to Russia's possible aggression .
Zelensky also stressed that without the help of the US and the European Union, Ukraine will be less able to reflect aggression, which can open up the opportunity to seize the country. He identified this as a real threat that can cause a war between NATO and Russia, which, in his opinion, is desirable by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
