President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has declared the enemy's intensification in the Kherson direction. The Ukrainian forces successfully repelled the attempts of Russian offensive actions in the region. “Today the Russians carried out another barbaric shelling of Kherson. In general, we see the activation of the occupier in the Kherson direction. I would like to thank the units that stand for our positions. The attempts of Russian movements were repelled there, ”Zelensky said.
The Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky reported about the current situation in other areas:
- Donetsk region: active fighting is ongoing. Ukrainian forces continue to restrain the enemy and cause losses.
- Zaporizhzhya direction: the situation remains tense, but controlled.
- Kursk region: the enemy is undergoing significant losses, in particular, more and more North Korean soldiers have been destroyed.
The President drew attention to Russia's attempts to conceal the participation of North Korean soldiers in hostilities. According to Zelensky, Moscow is trying to give them for representatives of national communities living in Russia. "This is Moscow's complete disdain for indigenous peoples and to the Koreans themselves," he said.
