President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree led by the former Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin from the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC). The decree containing the relevant decision was published by the Presidential Office.
This step provides for amendments to Article 1 of the Previous Decree of March 29, 2024 No. 193/2024, which approved the NSDC. The replacement was also assigned to the decree of September 13, 2024 No. 627/2024, which supplemented the composition of the Council. From now on Andriy Kostin does not participate in the meetings and work of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
