Zelensky stated his position on TOT

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine never legally recognizes the territories occupied by Russia in Russian, even if all its allies stand for it. He expressed this position on January 21 during a meeting with representatives of the International Mediorade, answering the question whether an agreement for Kyiv would be an acceptable agreement for which the Russian Federation will leave under its control the occupied territories in eastern Ukraine.

"The authorities have no right to abandon the lands for which Ukrainians died," Zelensky emphasized. At the same time, he noted that it should now focus on the end of the hot stage of the war. According to him, Russian President Vladimir Putin does not understand how to leave this war, so the US and Europe should increase pressure on the Kremlin.

"Putin should be spoken from the standpoint. Putin cannot be subject to this story. He has broken everything, he is guilty. He must know that he has broken, made a mistake, etc. But just you will not stop him. If you start talking to him on an equal footing, it is a loss for Ukraine," Zelensky emphasized.

In addition, the President noted that the Pentagon was fired or transferred to other positions of all employees responsible for cooperation with Ukraine. These changes may indicate certain regroups in US support for Ukraine.
