Rednerle Sterling, a former firefighter and a teacher from the United States, set a new world record for high -speed breathing. The woman was able to exhale the flames as much as 68 times in 30 seconds, receiving the title of record holders according to the Guinness Book of Records.
The capture of fire tricks became part of Sterling's life during her career of the firefighter. After 20 years of work in service, she began to actively perform extreme tricks with fire. Rellerle not only breathes flames, but also tolerates it with his fingers, extinguishes the flames in his mouth and even lights the stick with his tongue. The idea to set a record arose almost by accident during one of the workouts. Working with her fiery troupe, sterling developed a new technique of fiery breathing, when she noticed that the number of fiery balls she had time to exhale began to approach the record. "I just asked: 'How much do I do?' And it turned out that I was almost achieving the goal!" She remembers. Despite the fact that Rellerle is a mother of two children and works as a high school teacher, she is sure that anyone can reach incredible heights without even having professional sports training. "This is a wonderful feeling - to be a Guinness record holder!" She says.
Sterling also shared that now one of her favorite activities is to tell students about her achievements. "I like to talk about it with other people and be proud of myself. It's really great," she said.
