The state budget received UAH 2.7 billion from privatization auctions for the first three quarters of 2023. The State Property Fund noted that this is a record amount - it exceeds the average five previous years in the same period almost three times. "Word and Delo" decided to remind how in the previous years it was with the implementation of the plan for privatization revenues.
In 2014-2019, the government expected to receive UAH 17-18 billion from the sale of state property, but the revenue plan was performed by a maximum of 20%.
Thus, in the 2014 budget, which had to be performed in the conditions of Russian aggression, 17 billion hryvnias of privatization income were laid, but received only 0.5 billion (2.7%).
The same amount was laid in the budget for 2015, but it was possible to sell state property for only 0.2 billion (0.9%).
In 2016 and 2017, UAH 17.1 billion was laid in the budget - they received 0.2 billion (1.1%) and 3.4 billion (19.8%), respectively.
In 2018, the privatization expectation bar was increased even more - to UAH 18.8 billion. As a result, only 0.3 billion hryvnias (1.3%) received the state budget. In 2019, 0.5 billion was received from the state property, although 17.1 billion (3.2%) was laid in the budget.
Prior to the start of the Crownavirus Pandemics, the State Property was expected to receive 12 billion hryvnias of income, then the plan was adjusted to 0.5 billion. As a result, the budget received 2.2 billion of privatization: 18.7% of the precocious plan or 449.6% of the altered.
In 2021, 42.5% of the privatization plan was completed: the state budget received UAH 5.1 billion for a plan of 12 billion.
Last year, privatization was expected to receive UAH 8 billion. After the start of a full -scale war, the sale of the state property was stopped, it was restored only in the middle of the year. Thus, the budget received UAH 1.7 billion in the year (21.3%). On the infographic "Word and Delo" - the top of the most expensive objects sold.
For three quarters this year, privatization brought UAH 2.7 billion, which is 45% of the amount planned for the year (UAH 6 billion).
