Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev signed an order according to which the country allocates a million dollars to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine. This was reported on the official website of the President of Azerbaijan.
According to the document, the funds will be directed to the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan, which must buy the necessary electrical equipment and transfer it to Ukraine.
"Due to the situation in Ukraine, the Azerbaijan state has repeatedly sent humanitarian aid to the Ukrainian people," the official message said.
This step is part of Ukraine's support from Azerbaijan in the ongoing war and is an next manifestation of solidarity with the Ukrainian people.
