Innovative drones made in Ukraine have the potential to become the world leaders in this field, according to the Supreme Representative of the European Union on Foreign Affairs and Defense, Josepa Borrel. Speaking at the Defense Industry Forum Ukraine - the EU, he emphasized the importance of experience that European companies can take from Ukrainian drone manufacturers.
Borrel reported that during his visit to Ukraine in 2023 he visited more than 200 companies engaged in the production of drones. He emphasized that in the conditions of modern conflicts of technology of the 21st century, including unmanned aircraft, play a key role.
The EU Chief Diplomat has urged European companies to support Ukrainian manufacturers and innovators in the development of domestic drones.
