Britain has responded whether Netanyahu will be arrested

The United Kingdom has declared its readiness to comply with its international legal obligations in the event of the arrival of the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyag to the country. Such a statement was made after the International Criminal Court (ICS) issued a warrant for his arrest on charges of crimes against humanity and war crimes.

When asked by journalists about the possible arrest of Netanyaga, Donaning Street spokesman replied that the United Kingdom always fulfills its legal obligations in accordance with national and international legislation. At the same time, he refused to discuss specific scenarios or hypothetical situations, avoiding a direct answer about whether the arrest warrant would be performed.

The International Criminal Court accused Binjamin Netanyag of committing crimes against humanity and war crimes. This decision has caused an ambiguous reaction in the international arena.

Germany became the first Western country to stated that the ISS would not be fulfilled. According to a spokesman for Steffen Hebestratite, Germany's historical responsibility to Israel "makes it impossible for such actions."

In the light of this, the UK position can be an important test for the international justice system and political loyalty to Israel among Western countries.

The United Kingdom, as a member of the Roman Statute, is obliged to execute the ISS decisions, including arrest warrants. However, political context and strategic partnership with Israel can affect the real implementation of this obligation.
