In the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhya region, the situation in housing and communal services is becoming more critical. Due to the termination of payments to housing employees, the threat of communal catastrophe increases, especially on the eve of winter and heating season.
According to the underground, housing employees have been left without wages for several months. In particular, 83 employees of the "reformed" occupiers of the utility company in the Yakimov district work "for thanks" since the summer. This has led to massive dismissal among workers who no longer see the point of staying in their positions.
Despite the Russian promises of "restoration" of infrastructure in the occupied territories, their activities are actually limited to theft of the funds allocated by the Kremlin. Because of this recovery, the situation with utilities, especially heat supply, is rapidly deteriorating.
Lack of proper infrastructure and staffing can lead to catastrophic consequences. The beginning of the heating season complicates the situation, as heat supply systems, water pipelines and other utilities remain without proper service, which threatens the lives and health of the locals.
