Donald Trump is scheduled to interview an officer with the New York Department of Probation

According to The New York Times, on Monday, June 10, former President and Favorite of the Republican Party, Donald Trump, plans to have a virtual interview with the New York Probation Officer from his residence in Mar-Alago, Florida. This meeting will be a key to the report that will be presented before the state court and influence the punishment on charges of 34 criminal offenses in the case of fraud with porn actress payments.

When conducting an interview, which usually involves establishing the defendant's attitude to the events that led to the crime and a survey of his relatives and friends, even a psychologist or social service worker may be needed.

Judge Juan Manchin's decision is expected to be announced on July 11. Although it is possible to impose imprisonment for a term of up to four years, it is likely to be replaced by restriction of freedom of movement.

In his comment on this situation, a spokesman for Trump's election headquarters, Stephen Cenng, said that the former president and his legal team were taking the necessary measures to challenge the decision of the Manhattan Prosecutor's Office.

In turn, the jury in Manhattan on May 30 found Trump guilty of fraud with the funds of the election fund, in particular, in the payments of porn actress Stormy Daniels for concealing sexual relations with him.

Despite this, Trump has repeatedly emphasized the political motivation of this case and warned of possible public confrontation in the event of his prison. This judicial sentence does not stop his ability to run, but can affect the support of citizens and its international status.
