Donald Trump is nominated for Nobel Peace Prize

US President Donald Trump was again nominated the Nobel Peace Prize. On March 4, Congressman Darrell Issa announced, noting that "no one deserves it more."

Trump has been repeatedly nominated for this prestigious award, but has not yet received it. His supporters point to diplomatic efforts that he makes to stabilize the situation in the international arena.

The Deputy Head of Issa and Communications Director Jonathan Wilcox stressed that Trump's peaceful initiatives cover several regions of the world, including the Middle East.

“His desire for peace is not just a word. It inspires and changes the world in a way that we have not seen for many years, ”Wilcox said.

Congressman Issa, who recently headed the US Congress delegation to the four countries of the Middle East, noted that during the trip he personally observed positive changes that Trump's administration attributed to the efforts of Trump.

“I saw real shifts towards peace and conflict de -escalation. This was confirmed by the leaders of several states, ”Issa said.

Donald Trump is not for the first time nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. Its preliminary nomination was related to the signing of "Abraham Agreements" that normalized relations between Israel and several Arab countries, as well as attempts to establish a dialogue with North Korea.

Trump's critics, however, indicate that his policy was often controversial, and some decisions such as leaving international agreements or rigid rhetoric against individual countries could contribute to the growth of tension in the world.

The decision to award the Nobel Peace Prize will be made later. Despite the active support of his supporters, Trump remains a controversial figure on the world stage. Will he receive this time the main international award for peacekeeping is a question that raises lively discussions both in the United States and abroad.
