The expirer of the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and the expirer of the head of the district state administration was informed of suspicion of abuse of office and official forgery, which caused millions of losses to the state. About it on March 19 reports SAP.
It is noted that within the framework of the pre -trial investigation it was found that in 2018 the head of one of the departments of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, who subsequently occupied the post of deputy minister, acting together with the deputy head of the RDA, illegally ensured the payment of state aid to the enterprise in the crop production.
Thus, UAH 27 million was allocated as compensation for the purchase of planting material. However, in fact, such products were not purchased, but was a contribution to the authorized capital of the enterprise from the sole founder.
The pre -trial investigation is ongoing.
According to Interfax-Ukraine, it is about Vladimir Topchi, who headed the Department of Agriculture and Technical Policy in the Agrarian-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, and since December 2018 was appointed Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy.
