France has announced the allocation of a new military assistance package worth 2 billion euros. The relevant statement was made by French President Emmanuel Macron during a press conference on March 26. He stressed that this assistance should meet the primary needs of the Ukrainian army.
The help package will be included in:
- anti -tank missiles;
- missiles for air defense systems;
- Mirage aircraft rockets;
- armored vehicles;
- ammunition and other military remedies.
In addition, France will transmit to Ukraine remotely controlled ammunition. Macron also stressed that a large part of military equipment will be produced directly in Ukraine through partnership with French defense enterprises.
This package of assistance is part of a broader strategy for Ukraine's support from France, which continues to strengthen Kiev's defense capabilities in war. Paris demonstrates its dedication to the security of Ukraine and the European Community, ensuring the supply of modern weapons and contributing to the development of defense production in the country.
