During the last day, on May 9, 196 combat clashes took place at the front between the Defense Forces of Ukraine and the Russian invaders. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the morning, May 10.
According to the staff, Ukrainian aviation, missile troops and artillery struck seven areas of focus of enemy's live power and equipment, one controlle point, three artillery systems, as well as two other important goals of the enemy.
During the day, the Russian army performed 34 aircraft using 69 managed aircraft, as well as more than 4,100 shelling, of which 35 - from rocket launchers. 2174 Kamikadze drones were also recorded for Ukrainian positions.

Kharkiv direction: six storms in the Volchansk area were recorded.

Kupyansky direction: three enemy attacks near Zarizovy and New Kruglykivka.

Liman direction: 17 attacks, the enemy tried to move near Lipovy, Ridkodub, Yampolivka, Greek, a new peace and a green valley.

Siverskyi direction: eight attacks near Bigorivka, Grigorivka and Verkhnamiansky.

Kramatorsk direction: Ten combat clashes in the areas of the Time Yar, White Mountain and Kurdyumivka.

Toretsky direction: 15 attacks near Dachny, Diliyivka, Shcherbinovka and Toretsk.

Pokrovsky Direction: The most intense fighting - 65 attacks in areas of more than 20 settlements, including Novotoretske, Kotline, Lucky, Elizabeth, Lisivka and others.

Novopavlovsky direction: 31 attacks in the areas of rich, Constantinople, Odrada, Chrysosnaya.

Orikhiv direction: six attacks in areas of small Shcherbak, Steppe.

The Dnieper direction: six unsuccessful hostile attempts to move.

Gulyaypil direction: no active fighting is recorded.
In Sumy region, the occupiers have caused air strikes on the settlements of the boyar-lance, Doroshivka, Manukhivka and Nova Sloboda. In the Kurshchyna area, Ukrainian troops reflected 19 attacks, the enemy made 13 aircraft using 21 managed aircraft, as well as 316 artillery shelling.
In the Volyn and Polissya directions of active formation of offensive groups on the part of the enemy.
The General Staff emphasized that the forces of Ukraine's defense continue to keep defense and strike point stresses on the clusters of the enemy, which allows it to restrain its advance in many sections of the front.
