Well-known businessman Maxim Krippa, the owner of the Parus business center, the Hotel "Ukraine" and the NAVI cyber-sports team, will acquire control of LLC "International Exhibition Center" (IEC). This was reported by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU).
Citadel Ventures Cyprus Limited, whose beneficiary is Krippa, has received permission from the AMCU to gain control over the Cypriot company atvt Business Expo Holdings Ltd, which has 50.04% in IVC LLC.
Currently, the beneficiaries of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are Anatoliy Tkachenko and Viktor Tkachenko. Also, part of the property belongs to the venture corporate investment fund "Asborn", connected with the daughter of the Kiev developer Vagif Aliyev.
In 2024, the Ministry of Internal Affairs increased by 71.4% to UAH 83 million. The complex occupies more than 73 thousand square meters and is considered to be the largest exhibition center not only in Kiev, but of all Ukraine. It includes four pavilions with 18 entrances and 20 cargo gates for large cargoes.
The acquisition of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will strengthen Maxim Krippa's position in the capital's commercial real estate and the country industry.
