The US and Russia special representative Kit Kelloga arrived on a visit to Kiev on February 19, 2025. The public reported this, noting that Kellogo had made a brief comment to the journalists immediately upon arrival. He noted that this visit is an important chance for potential negotiations.
"We will listen. We are ready to provide the necessary. We understand the need for security guarantees. Some of my mission - to listen. Then I will return to the US, talk to President Trump to be sure we understand everything right," Kellog said.
