We all remember how on April 26 the Internet blew up the news that the authorities of Kyiv under the patronage of Vitaliy Klitschko personally urgently evacuated 2 hospitals due to a video announcing the attack of the Russian occupiers on them.

As reported in a message on the Telegram channel of the Kyiv City State Administration, the city urgently begins the evacuation of 2 hospitals, one of which is a children's hospital, located on the street. Bogatyrskaya.
"Because a video is widely distributed in the Internet media, which actually announces the attack of the enemy on these medical institutions. And that, allegedly, there are military personnel in these hospitals," the KMDA explained.
"In order to protect sick children, their parents and medical staff, the authorities of the capital are now doing everything possible to transport patients and doctors to other medical facilities in the capital," the message reads.
Here is a video of the speech of the head of the State Security Committee of Belarus (KGB) Ivan Tertel at the 7th All-Belarusian People's Assembly, where he indicates the addresses of two medical facilities, the evacuation of which was led by Klitschko.
"All these persons, their activities and the plans of the committee are known. In the fight against terrorism, we act according to the laws of wartime, decisively and without hesitation. There are both killed and wounded among the terrorists and their guides. All of them will receive a well-deserved punishment. Even despite the fact that they chose Kyiv hospitals at Bogatyrska 30 and 32 as their lair, where they actually hid behind the backs of sick children," said Tertel.
The evacuation was successful. Hospitals were evacuated. Everyone is saved, everyone is happy. Klitschko is a hero.

But this story has a reverse side, and it is not so joyful and heroic.
Klitschko evicted 2 hospitals by order of the Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine, Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine - Oleksandr Kurbakov, for the implementation of his large-scale construction project!
How did this become possible?

Kurbakov and Klitschko are well-acquainted, at one time they saw the budget of Kyiv together!
Before his appointment as a minister, Kubrakov confirmed his ability to steal budget money on a cosmic scale as the head of Avtodor.
But even earlier, he announced himself when, after working as the head of the marketing department at "Kyivstar", he became an adviser first to the head of the regional KMDA, Oleksandr Popov , and then , an IT adviser .
It was at this stage that Kubrakov met Andrii Vavrysh - during his work as the deputy head of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the KMDA. Thus, Vavrysh, who today is one of the main figures in the construction market of Kyiv.
Later, Kurbakov was the head of the IT&Telecom sector of the "Office of Effective Regulation" (BRDO), whose head at that time was Oleksiy Honcharuk. In 2019, he became number 30 in the deputy list of the Servant of the People party, and he never became a party member. However, Kubrakov did not stay long as a people's deputy: in a few months he was appointed head of Ukravtodor.

But how did it happen that the head of the KGB of Belarus, Ivan Tertelya, announced the target strike?

Oleksandr Kubrakov is the nephew of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Belarus Ivan Kubrakov, and his brother Mykola is the father of the new Ukrainian minister.
Oleksandr Kubrakov himself never mentioned his Belarusian roots and relatives in his public speeches. His official biography states that he was born in the city of Pervotravensk in the Dnipropetrovsk region in 1982. He is a marketer by education.
He worked by specialty in a number of commercial structures, for some time he worked in the Kyiv City State Administration. In the official biography, there is no information about the parents at all.

About the appointment of Oleksandr Kubrakov, Volodymyr Zelenskyi said:
"We need to build Ukraine very quickly. This applies not only to roads. The disaster on the Ukrainian railway concerns seaports, state-private air transport. Many of the things I talk about have not appeared. And this is a question not only for the minister, but also for his team. They couldn't, they didn't have time. But I don't have time.
The most powerful person who showed real serious results in profile infrastructure projects is Oleksandr Kubrakov, that's why he became a minister."
What do we have as a result?
Oleksandr Kurbakov, using his family connections in the highest circles of law enforcement agencies in Belarus, asked his uncle to convince the head of the KGB to pronounce the addresses of 2 objects that must be evicted.
Klitschko, having received a fee for the performance, organizes an "evacuation" show and urgently conducts a "rescue of the sick", vacating hospitals.
The media make Klychka a hero who curses terrorists from Belarus, completely omitting such facts as:
1. The addresses of all hospitals and hospitals in Kyiv are publicly available and their location is not a secret for anyone.
2. Announcements of strikes on the decision-making centers and on the same building of the GUR, the coordinates of which are similarly precisely known to the Russians, were repeatedly sounded in the mass media and TG channels, but as a result did not lead to anything.
3. No one was confused by the fact that the head of the KGB referred to the addresses of the hospitals as Belarus, a country that is not a party to the conflict, and all the statements of its representatives were always only a confirmation of loyalty to Putin, and nothing more. At the same time, no one from Russia's top military leadership announced any possible attacks on hospitals, and there were no calls to bomb hospitals there. If only because bombing hospitals and hospitals is actually a war crime.
