Craft by Side Hustle Brewery will be not only the first, but also the only legal alcohol producer in the entire Middle East. The company has already received a license to sell its own beer, brewed on its own equipment, and the company's alcoholic products can be purchased in the UAE in specialized stores.
The opening of the brewery became possible thanks to legislative changes that became relevant in 2021 in the UAE, when amendments were made to allow the production of alcohol in the country. According to the new regulations, the import of alcoholic beverages in bottles and cans remains possible only on an imported basis.
