Due to the overall mobilization and martial law in Ukraine, it is important to know under what conditions citizens can be removed from military accounting. The Law on Military Duty and Military Service contains a number of provisions on this issue.
- Removal from military accounting of conscripts (except SBU and SZR):
- People who go to another locality to a permanent residence.
- Citizens who go abroad for a term of more than 3 months.
- Those who have been registered by the military in accordance with the decisions of the commissions on the registration or conscript commission.
- Persons who received the military rank of officers after passing the appropriate training.
- Those who have fulfilled the duties of the service in an alternative form or voluntarily terminated it in accordance with the law.
- Persons who have fulfilled the duties of service in the military reserve within the deadlines of the first and second contracts.
- Removal from military accounting of military service:
- Those who went to another area.
- Citizens who are admitted to the National Police, Judicial Protection Service, DBR, Baby, Civil Protection Bodies and Units, State Criminal Enforcement Service of Ukraine.
- Those who went outside Ukraine for a long time.
- Those that have been removed from the decisions of the Ministry of Defense, the SBU or the CZR.
- Removal from military accounting of reservists:
- Persons who have changed their place of residence.
- Those who are admitted to law enforcement, tax police and more.
- Persons who went abroad for 3 months or more.
- Those who are fired from service in the military reserve and have not reached age restrictions.
It is logical that reservists can also be taken off by the decision of the Ministry of Defense, SBU or CZR.
Knowledge of these conditions is important for citizens, since martial law and mobilization determine the features of service and accounting of citizens by military bodies.
