The Kremlin demands the legalization of Ukrainians in the occupied territories by September

The requirement of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to the citizens of Ukraine in the Russian Federation, "legalized" or leave until September 10, also applies to residents of temporarily occupied territories. This was reported by the Center for Combating Misinformation at NSDC.

Putin signed a decree that obliges the citizens of Ukraine that "illegally stay in the Russian Federation", leave by September 10 or "legalized". In addition, the citizens of Ukraine in the temporarily occupied territories were obliged to provide certificates on the absence of HIV and non -drug drugs.

The purpose of these innovations is to increase control and pressure on residents of the occupied territories. The CPD stated: "The enemy tries to prevent any manifestations of disloyalty to the Kremlin, establishing a strict control of people, their activities and movement. In addition, Putin's decree is another tool for violent certification and Russification of the inhabitants of the Tot of Ukraine."

It is noted that administrative responsibility for violation of the regime in Russia will be released by Ukrainians who have been registered with fingerprints and photographing if they go to the police for their "legalization".
