The US Secretary of State stated that Beijing provides Moscow's military-industrial complex "on a concern" and provides "tools, materials and technical expertise".
"The warnings were unambiguous. There was a shift, and it felt in the room ... It was a new development. It was very impressive," one of the participants of the meeting said.
Blinken stated that Chinese help was particularly focused on Russian production of optical equipment and fuel, as well as in its space sector, which "not only promotes Russian aggression in Ukraine, but also threatens other countries."
The United States saw China "began to help restore Russia's defense and industrial base, in fact, filling in trade with European partners."
