China has canceled the ban on acceptance of supplies of aircraft by US company Boeing, which was introduced about a month ago. This week, the PRC has informed local carriers and authorities that Boeing aircraft can be restored. Chinese airlines were able to determine the terms and conditions of deliveries on their own.
The ban was introduced after several Chinese customers abandoned certain models of aircraft and returned them back to the US. This solution has become part of the broader political tension associated with trade relations between the US and China. However, the situation has recently changed, and China has allowed to renew supply, which could have a positive impact on Boeing's financial performance.
The US company has stated that it is ready to find new buyers for aircraft that were intended for Chinese customers. At the same time, the interest in new models of 737 MAX liners has been found companies from Malaysia and Saudi Arabia.
This year, Boeing plans to put about 50 aircraft in China, which can have a positive effect on production volumes and sales growth.
