The Mayor of Paris Ann Idalgo again visited Kiev. This is her fifth visit to Ukraine since the beginning of a full -scale invasion of Russia. This was reported by the mayor of the capital Vitaliy Klitschko on December 4.
Ann Idalgo and Paris City Hall regularly provide humanitarian aid to Kiev. In particular, the capital of France sent generators and other equipment required in the conditions of regular shelling of Ukrainian infrastructure.
"The Kyiv community is grateful to Paris for their help, for the shelter of Ukrainians who were escaping from the war and for the organization of humanitarian projects. In particular, in 2023-2024, children from Kiev were able to relax in Paris through the cooperation of two capitals," Klitschko said.
This visit once again confirms the strong support of Ukraine from the French capital, which since the beginning of the war is actively helping not only humanitarian but also politically.
