In Kiev, law enforcement officers began an investigation into an incident that occurred on the Minsk massif, where three girls were beaten by a 12-year-old schoolgirl. The event became known after publishing a video on social networks, which shows a group of teenagers in turn strikes the victims, removing it on a mobile phone.
According to the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, hooliganism committed by a group of people took place in the area of the sports ground in the Obolon District of the capital. Juvenile prosecutors of the Obolon District Prosecutor's Office initiated a pre -trial investigation under Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The prosecutor's office has already identified the persons of three girls who participated in the attack. Currently, investigative actions are being conducted with them and their parents. The investigation is carried out by investigators of the Obolon Police Department of the National Police in Kiev.
