On the night of May 6, Kharkiv was under a massive attack of enemy Kamikadze drone. Within two hours the city has undergone at least 20 hits of Shahaneda's battle drones. Attacks touched four districts - Shevchenkivskyi, Kyiv, Kholodnogorsky and Industrial - eight different locations.
Mayor Igor Terekhov reported this in the morning address.
"According to the specified information, Kharkiv experienced twenty beats of Shahmed in four districts of the city to eight locations tonight," Terekhov said.
Two people were injured as a result of the attack. It is also known about significant damage to infrastructure and ignition.
The most affected by the Kyiv district: after the drone of the drone, a fire broke out in one of the largest markets of the city, as well as - the building of the restaurant, as reported by Oleg Synigubov head.
In the Shevchenkivskyi district, the wreckage of drone caused a fire in a private house - the fire covered the roof and a room on an area of about 100 square meters.
In the Kholodnogorsk district, a car was lit by the fall of the drone and a dwelling house was damaged. In the industrial area - an explosive wave and debris damaged a car that also caught fire.
The situation in the city remains tense. Utility and emergency services work on the site of the defeat. The city authorities urge residents to follow the safety rules and respond to alarm.
