On the night of November 9 to 10, Ukraine was one of the greatest attacks of drones by Russia. According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces, the enemy launched 145 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), of which 62 drones were destroyed, while 67 managed to avoid damage. Odesa was most affected, where serious damage to residential buildings and infrastructure was caused.

Ukraine's defense forces reflected attacks with the help of anti -aircraft missile troops, aviation, mobile fire groups and radio electronic wrestling. The operational work of the air defense has made it possible to prevent large -scale destruction in a number of regions, in particular in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Sumy and others.
Odesa, which became the main target for the enemy, has undergone significant destruction. According to the head of the Odessa Ove Oleg Kiper, 25 garages, ten shopping kiosks, two shops on the market, six private dwellings (two of them were destroyed) were damaged, as well as several cars. Two people who are in a hospital with moderate injuries were injured. Fortunately, the victims were avoided, and the victim is provided with medical care.
In the Kiev region, the attack lasted more than ten hours. According to the head of the Kiev Ova Ruslan Kravchenko, all hostile goals were destroyed without significant destruction of critical or residential infrastructure. In some areas, several buildings were damaged due to the fall of the drones, but significant losses were avoided.
In the Kharkiv region, drones were hit in residential buildings in Chuguev and Kharkiv, where fires occurred and cars were damaged. Three civilians were injured who received mild bodily injuries or stressful reaction. Most attacks were reflected in the efforts of rescuers and air defense, but some areas were still blown.
The Ukrainian military in different regions demonstrated effective work: in particular, in the Sumy region it was possible to destroy six drones of Shahd , and in the Khmelnytsky region - five. In the Zaporozhye region, a 58-year-old woman was injured as a result of the attack, and numerous buildings were damaged.
The Air Force command notes that the enemy changes tactics, including UAVs, but Ukrainian air defense units continue to adapt to new challenges. According to the results of the night attack, both the Air Force units and the forces of territorial defense and other parts of the Armed Forces were involved in the defense, which allows to protect the air space in a timely manner.
