In 2025, the minimum wage in Ukraine will remain unchanged, according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, adopted during the adoption of the state budget project for the next year. In particular, the minimum wage will be saved at UAH 8,000, which was set in 2024. This size was the result of an increase of 19% this year, and, according to Finance Minister Sergei Marchenko, there is no change in 2025.
The subsistence minimum was also approved next year, which will not change compared to 2024. All these decisions, notes the Government, made within the framework of stable funding of the social sphere, which is a priority for the government in the economic situation of the country.

This decision is part of the budget declaration for 2025-2027, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers in June 2024, according to which many social minimums will remain unchanged. According to government officials, these steps are dictated by the need to maintain stability in the country and support the main social guarantees.
