The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on Friday filed a claim for the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court on the application of sanctions in accordance with the Law "On Sanctions" to the former People's Deputy of Ukraine Viktor Medvedchuk and his wife Oksana Marchenko. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Justice.
According to the statement, the Ministry of Justice asks to collect property that Medvedchuk and Marchenko, including movable property (including 24 cars, two aircraft, Gulfstream G650 and Bell-427, as well as Romance 1, Oblas, Type-Type, Type-Type, Type-Bnet, Typeat. legal entities (including power companies and TV channels), property rights for eight trademarks, as well as cash in the amount of about UAH 1.9 million and more than 1000 historical, cultural and tangible assets (watches, jewelry, paintings, interior items and railways with furniture).
We will remind, in April 2022 the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv at the request of the State Bureau of Investigation and the Office of the Prosecutor General Arrested 154 objects of movable and real estate Viktor Medvedchuk and Oksana Marchenko. Among the arrested property assets were 26 cars, 30 land plots, 23 houses, 32 apartments, 17 parking spaces and a motor yacht. The share in the authorized capital of 25 companies owned by Medvedchuk or his wife was also arrested.
In June 2022, the same court arrested 279 paintings, statuettes, utensils and railway restaurant, found during a search in Medvedchuk's estate.
