Mitchel Hutchcraft reached the top of Everest after overcoming 13 thousand kilometers

The former Marines Mitchel Hutchcraft completed an incredible journey that lasted 8 months and included a 13 thousand kilometers triathlon. The final point of his epic trip was the top of Everest, 8849 meters high. He began his journey on September 14, 2024 in British Duver and completed it on April 16, 2025, passing a difficult way, which included several difficult stages.

The traveler sailed 34 kilometers through the La Mesh, overcame 11.9 thousand kilometers per bicycle from France to India, ran 900 kilometers from India to Katmandu, and then 365 kilometers to the Everest Base Camp. The rise to the top of the mountain was the culmination of this triathlon. Hutchcraft finished his journey at Everest at 7:20 April 16.

"It was more enchanting than I could imagine. Although I lost my father 11 years ago, he was with me at every step. It was hard. It was really difficult. It is the most difficult thing I have ever done. But I can't be happier and proud of what I completed this epic journey," Hutchcraft said.

The journey was not difficult. Hutchcraft devoted his money to raising funds for the London charity that helps veterans using nature and animals to maintain mental health. Its purpose is to collect £ 500,000 for this important business.
