NABU has completed the investigation into the case of the Chairman of the AMCU Kyrylenka

The National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) have completed an investigation into the chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) by Pavel Kirilenko. He is suspected of illegal enrichment of UAH 72.1 million and the submission of false information in declarations.

According to the investigation, in 2020–2023, while holding the position of head of the regional state administration, Kirilenko purchased 21 real estate and a premium-class BMW X3. To conceal the property, it was registered with his wife's relatives.

  • A house near Kiev with an area of ​​more than 220 square meters. m and 2 land plots ;
  • 2 garages and 6 parking spaces ;
  • 3 non -residential premises of more than 190 square meters. m;
  • BMW X3 car .

The investigation found that the difference between the value of this property and the declared income of the official and his wife amounted to over UAH 72 million.

In addition, Kirilenko did not specify any of the acquired objects in his declarations for 2020-2023, which violated the requirements of the legislation. Investigation was started after the journalistic investigation of Radio Liberty . On August 14, 2023, Kirilenko was reported suspicion.

The next step in the case will be to familiarize the parties to the investigation materials, after which the case will be transferred to court.
