In Ukraine, large -scale special operation of law enforcement agencies is ongoing, aimed at combating illicit drug trafficking. The National Police reported on Tuesday, May 13.
According to official information, police conduct more than 200 searches throughout the country. The operation covers different regions, and its purpose is to identify and document the facts of manufacturing and distribution of narcotic substances on an industrial scale.
Law enforcement officers are focused on the detection and elimination of drug laboratories and warehouses where the packing of prohibited substances is carried out. Among the drugs withdrawn are Alfa-PVP, Amphetamine and Mephadron, which are hazardous psychoactive substances and are prohibited in Ukraine.
The police noted that the special operation is ongoing, and its first results indicate the seriousness of the threat and the organization of criminal groups. Details and official results of the large -scale raid promise to be published in the near future.
This is not the first such operation organized by the National Police, but its scale indicates an increase in the volume of illegal drug production and the need to strengthen the fight against this phenomenon.
