Is there a total failure in foreign policy, in the country's government, the monopolization of power and frantic corruption are not a ground for the emergence of conversations about elections, about negotiations with Rushists?
To imagine the election process today is awful, but to imagine our country in a few months of such management as it is now more terrible.
