A group of 55 German tourists who rested on Majorca set a multi -awaited world record, drinking 1254 bottles of beer for three hours. This feat has taken place in the entertainment area of Playa de Palm, known for its nightlife.
The event was aimed at setting a record and became an exceptional example of coordination between German tourists who communicated through groups of messages in WhatsApp.
Their preliminary attempt to drink 1111 bottles of beer was already impressive, but this time heroic 55 people were able to drink more, calculating an amount of 2380 euros for this "beer relay".
Although the group planned to reach a mark of 1200 to noon, they managed to only after this time, which did not prevent them from celebrating their "beer victory" on another beach pub.
Kai Kakhmann, the organizer of this event, stressed that it was a fun and organized event, emphasizing that no participant had lost its self -control. Unfortunately, after this epic attempt, he was forced to go to bed at 19:00, although the next day he noted that he woke up without a hangover.
