The new strategy of the Russian army: contactless war

According to Valery Romanenko, rocket strokes on Stryi testify to the enemy's efforts to destroy Ukraine's gas transportation system and Ukrainian gas reserves.

Russian occupation troops have moved to a new war strategy aimed at destroying the infrastructure of management, industry and transport of Ukraine. This was stated by aviation expert and a leading scientist of the State Aviation Museum Valery Romanenko.

"The Russian side uses a classic, modern, network -centered, contactless war strategy aimed at destroying the infrastructure of management, industry and transportation of another country. The one who implements it is winning. The Russians are now trying to implement this concept in practice," Romanenko said. According to the expert, Russian troops use long -range ballistic and aerobalist missiles as well as drones to achieve this goal.

"There were power plants, thermal and hydroelectric power plants between other facilities.

He added that since the occupiers could not cause significant damage to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they direct their attacks on the civilian population.

“Earlier, Russian troops reflected from attacks on the gas transportation system because of the interests of their allies in Europe, in particular in Hungary and Slovakia, which receive gas through Ukraine. However, they are now focusing on attacks against civilian population. It is important to note that our strategic partner is the United States.
