The capital of "smart" tourism was chosen for 2024

Dublin was elected the capital of "smart" tourism for 2024 by the decision of the European Commission. The city is marked for sustainable development, accessibility, digitalization and development of cultural heritage.

"Smart" tourism aims to make the industry more innovative, providing tourists with personalized and pleasant experience. Since 2019, the status of the capital of "smart" tourism in the EU has received cities such as Helsinki, Lyon, Malaga and Gothenborg.

The Italian city of Grosso is recognized as a pioneer of European "green" tourism.

The winning cities will join the intelligent and sustainable tourist areas in Europe and receive financial and information support from the EU.
