Law enforcement officers carry out investigative actions in the office premises of KP "Kyiv Metro" through the exclusive of the enterprise, which left Ukraine on the basis of the fake conclusion of the Military Medical Commission (VLK). This was announced by the Kiev police press service on January 16.
According to the investigation, the medical commission issued a conclusion on the exclusion of a man from military accounting, citing a supposedly incurable illness. As a result of this fake, the exclusive was able to leave the country.
"Criminal proceedings have been initiated on this fact. In the framework of the investigation, the Capital Police conducts a search in the premises of the enterprise. More detailed information will be provided later," - the message reads.
