The United Nations and the European Union have no doubt about the legitimacy of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. This was stated on February 20 by officials of these international organizations.
UN Secretary General Stefan Duzharrik stressed that Zelensky was posting after the Democratic elections.
A similar position was expressed in the European Commission. A spokesman of the EC Stefan de Keersmacher during a briefing in Brussels confirmed that the President of Ukraine was elected in the democratic elections.
Keersmacher also stressed that Ukraine is a democratic state, unlike Putin Russia.
Thus, both in the UN and the EU consider Vladimir Zelensky the legal head of state and do not call into question the results of the elections on which he won.
