In Belgorod-Dnestrovsky, in the Odessa region, employees of the territorial centennial center (TCC), together with the National Police, detained a man during the inspection of military accounting documents. The video of the incident was quickly spread by local publications and caused public resonance.
The frames recorded how the man lies on the ground, and on top of the person sits in military uniform, trying to close his mouth with his hands. Outraged passers -by gathered around, which are removing what is happening on the camera. The Odessa Regional Criminal Code explained that during the establishment of a person it was found that the man was wanted for evasion. He tried to escape twice, which led to a conflict recorded on the body-chambers of law enforcement.
After the explanatory work, the detainee was taken to Belgorod-Dnestrovsky RTC and JV.
