Previous Embraer 190 Catastrophe Report in Kazakhstan

The Kazakhstan Government Commission presented a preliminary report on the Embraer 190 aircraft disaster. The document states that through damage to the aircraft indicate the penetration of external objects.

An overview of the aircraft fragments has found numerous damage in the tail, keel, stabilizer, height and direction steering. Similar damage is recorded on the left engine, wings, hydraulic system and individual units. Some holes have a "characteristic rectangular shape". The report states that these damage caused the loss of hydraulic fluid/pressure and "incapacity for the first and second channel of holding around the angle of tanga". However, the causes of their appearance are not specified.

It is known that when the aircraft was near the Grozny (Chechnya) and prepared for planting, two beats were made with a difference of a few seconds. The sound alarm of the autopilot was followed. The report states that the pressure and fluid level in one of the hydraulic systems fell to zero, and the salon was depressed.

The pilots reported to the dispatchers that the birds could cut into the plane, and an oxygen cylinder exploded in the cabin, causing the smell of fuel and passengers began to lose consciousness.

GPS sensors were refused in the Grozny area. The dispatchers reported Nalchik and Vladikavkaz about the introduction of a carpet plan a few minutes after the aircraft changed the course and headed towards Baku.
