It is about the chairman of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration Vyacheslav Chaus, his deputy Konstantin Megem and the head of the Capital Construction Department of Chernihiv Regional State Administration Yaroslav Slesarenko.

In particular, it was found that Yaroslav Slesarenko for 2023 -2024 due to abuse during the construction of fortifications and the restoration of infrastructure in the region, received rollbacks worth UAH 37 million.
Regarding rollbacks on the construction of roads, it is worth mentioning another official: the director of the state enterprise “Agency of Local Roads of Chernihiv Oblast” Alexander Misnyk. According to our sources, Oleksandr Misnyk enriched 69 million UAH in the period 2023-2024 alone. It is worth noting that Alexander Misnyk is also a good acquaintance of Yulia Sviridenko, as it was Alexander Petrovich who changed her as Acting.
