In the light of the need to strengthen the mobilization of the military in Ukraine, the military of the Armed Forces and the commander of the intelligence platoon of the 28th separate mechanized brigade, valid, stressed the importance of this measure to ensure the survival and combat capability of the army.
In his interview for Ukrainian Truth, the military expressed ambiguous, but in his opinion, the necessary point of view. He expressed the belief that most men in Ukraine did not want to serve, indicating that the generation born in 1980-1990 was not raised in patriotism.
"I am probably one of those few military personnel who have an opinion that is unpopular in society, even among the military. If you make a generalization of mobilization, it looks like this: here is an average Ukrainian who wants to defend his homeland, but did not find an approach to attract it," he said.
According to him, most men do not want to serve, and he associates it with the absence of patriotic education in these generations. Now, when it comes to increased mobilization, he assures that it concerns the duty and should not consider whether a person wants it or not.
"When the state requires businessmen or taxes from the enterprise, it does not ask, they want to pay or do not want to - it is a duty.
According to the intelligence commander, it is necessary to put it as a duty, and with the right approach to the already mobilized can be caused by a certain patriotic mood.
