Employees of the State Security Service and the internal security agency found the device during a regular inspection of the premises in Katowice, where a meeting of the Council of Ministers of Poland was held today.
The Polish Government meeting is dedicated to the beginning of the 16th European Economic Congress. At the Congress of Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk and the President of the European Commission Ursula von Der Lyen have to present the Plan for Europe.
Congress participants will be the Ministers of the Government of Poland and European politicians, especially from Central Europe (Lithuania, Ukraine, Slovakia and the Czech Republic). The UAE, Saudi Arabia, India and Brazil also sent their representatives.
