Despite the full -scale war and general instability in the country, the mayor of Mayor Oleg Demchenko continues to actively increase land assets. According to the Declaration for 2024, his wife Irina Demchenko purchased another plot, expanding her land bank to 22 plots.
According to the Center for Public Investigation, the declaration indicates a new land plot of 52 993 m² in the village of Blagodatna, Pervomaisk district. All plots are located within the Blessed Community.

Despite the war, the mayor of Pervomaisk continues active economic activity, in particular - buying land in his native region. The volume of declared real estate, income, cars and cash raises questions about the sources of origin of funds and transparency of such actions against the background of the national economic crisis.
