In Russia, ex-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman faces up to 30 years in prison, while former Interior Minister Arsen Avakov is a life imprisonment.
According to the Russian media, they were wanted by various articles. In particular, the former secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexey Danilov, former Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov, former Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin, ex-commander of the Armed Forces Ruslan Khomchak and ex-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman were wanted by Russia.
Khomchak, Avakov, Groysman and Klimkin are wanted under Article 356 Part 1 of the Criminal Code ("The use of prohibited means and methods of warfare"). Alexei Danilov faces up to 30 years in prison.
With regard to Arsen Avakov, he is wanted under Articles 126 of Part 3 of "The Storage of Human Organized Group", 105 Part 2 "The Cradle of Two or more Persons", 282 part 2 "ignition of hatred or hostility, as well as humiliation of human dignity", 144 h. It is known that his knowledge was organized by the abduction of Star journalists Andrei Sushenko and Anton Malyshev. According to all these articles, he is threatened with life imprisonment.
