According to the European Commissioner for Employment and Social Rights, more than 60% of Ukrainian refugees already operate in 11 countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
The leader in the level of employment among Ukrainian refugees is Poland, where 65% of Ukrainian citizens of working age find work, which is especially relevant, given the adoption of more than 950 thousand Ukrainians by this country.
The second place in terms of employment belongs to the United Kingdom, where 61% of 246.8 thousand Ukrainian displaced persons are already working.
Sweden accepts the third position where 56% of Ukrainians with a total of 41.4 thousand have found their work.
In Lithuania and the Czech Republic, employment is 53% and 51% among 50.7 and 368.7 thousand Ukrainian refugees, respectively. Denmark, the Netherlands and Estonia show a stable employment level - 46% among 39.7 thousand, 94.4 thousand and 50.5 thousand Ukrainians, respectively. In France and Ireland, this figure is about a third among 70.6 thousand and 97.5 thousand displaced persons.
